With the apps of Google maps installed in the smartphone someone can reach to the destination at the right time via the right road and can save the fuel cost.That is the one of benefit of GIS.
Geographical Information System or GIS is the technology of collecting data,analyze,and develop maps by linking the computer software to the remote sensing device.It means that as long as the satellite capture the picture of the Earth so the world maps keep changing as well.Thats how i defined GIS.How about u?
